Nicole Rouleau
Founder & CEO
Neuroscience-based Executive Function Certified Educator and Specialist, CAIP
Nicole offers coaching services for students of all ages and provides training to parents to become effective coaches for their children. Her goal is to foster stronger parent-child connections while improving the overall quality of life for families. In addition to her coaching work, Nicole offers professional training, educational consulting, and advocacy services to support students with learning differences, particularly in the school setting. She conducts training sessions at local schools for educators, parents, and students, and speaks at public events to raise awareness about executive function skills and their critical role in academic and personal success.

Nicole has noticed a growing need of the importance of executive function skills, as they play a critical role in students' academic and personal success. As a dedicated coach, she focuses on helping students build self-awareness and internal language skills, and integrate these essential skills into their daily lives. By developing executive function skills in real-world environments, students are better equipped to navigate challenges and reach their full potential. Nicole also works closely with parents to strengthen their connection with their children, guiding them in how to best support their children's development and growth.

With over 23 years of experience as a learning specialist, educator, and coach—coupled with her personal experience as a mother of 3 adult children—Nicole has developed a deep understanding of the importance of executive function skills. She is committed to sharing the insights and tools that have guided her, believing they can significantly enhance the quality of life for both students and families, unlocking the potential within each individual.

Nicole also speaks at schools to raise awareness about the importance of understanding how executive function develops in students. She provides consulting services to help parents and educators prepare for school meetings, and she regularly attends these meetings as an executive function expert to advocate for students' needs.

Nicole Furman
Executive Function, Math and Reading Specialist
Nicole has been an educator for nearly 30 years, working with students of all ages, from elementary school to college. She holds a B.S. from LaSalle University and an M.S. from Saint Joseph’s University, along with specialized training in a variety of areas, including ASD, ADHD, brain development, trauma-informed teaching, anxiety, and executive functioning.

Throughout her career, Nicole has developed a deep expertise in supporting students who learn differently, and she has a particular passion for working as a math and reading specialist.
Nicole is committed to building strong relationships with her students, recognizing that when students feel understood and supported, they can achieve their full potential. She believes in a holistic approach to education that nurtures students' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Her approach integrates individualized strategies to help students progress and develop into the best versions of themselves.

Currently, Nicole holds certifications in Elementary Education K-6, Special Education K-12, and as a Reading Specialist K-12. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and birding with her husband, four children, and two dogs.
Karen Stephenson
Executive Function Life Coach
Karen Stephenson is a dedicated mother of six, a passionate educator, and a seasoned professional in the fields of psychology, public administration, and education policy. With advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology and Public Administration, Karen has spent her career working with youth, families, and communities, particularly through leadership programs and nonprofit management. Her experience in Special Education and as a Life Coach and Sound Therapist has made her a versatile advocate for holistic development.

As a homeschooling mother of her two youngest boys, Karen has firsthand experience navigating different learning styles and neurodiversities, a journey that has deepened her understanding of executive function and education. She is committed to helping others reach their fullest potential, whether by supporting executive functioning skills or guiding individuals toward their personal life goals. Through her work, she remains passionate about empowering people to become the best versions of themselves.

Karen Alexander
Executive Function Coach
Karen, certified in Occupational Therapy and Executive Function coaching, brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work. As a mother of both a neurotypical and a neurodiverse son, she deeply understands the complexities of raising and educating children with learning differences. She acknowledges the overwhelming challenges, including confusion, frustration, and feelings of isolation, that families often face. The time spent searching for resources, support networks, and effective interventions can be exhausting, especially for working families with limited time.

Over the past 10 years, Karen has devoted herself to researching and pursuing continuing education to better support the neurodiverse community. This passion led her to shift her career toward becoming a certified Executive Function coach. Her mission is to help high school and college students develop the executive function skills they need for success in both school and life. In addition, she provides valuable support to parents and families, helping to strengthen connections with their children and foster more peaceful and harmonious family dynamics.
Amy Brayley
Executive Function Specialist
Amy H. Brayley, M.Ed. Amy H. Brayley is an accomplished educator with over 30 years of experience in teaching, educational consulting, and curriculum development. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Elementary Education, she has dedicated 15 years to teaching K-6 in public schools, building a foundation of expertise in childhood learning and development. In addition to her public school experience, Amy has been a homeschool educator for 12 years, guiding her three children through their unique learning journeys.
As a consultant and tutor for nearly two decades, Amy has supported learners from infancy through high school, with a specialized focus on dyslexia, executive function, IEP homeschooling, developmental awareness, and individualized learning styles. Amy is also an active advocate for arts education, directing the A.C.T. It Out Theater Group and leading youth in Shakespeare productions, enriching children’s growth through theater and performance arts.

Vicki Rotker
Executive Function Coach, Educational Consultant, Professional Development Trainer
Vicki has developed and taught the "Log On to Success" course, which she created to support students in understanding their learning styles and enhancing key executive functioning skills. Throughout her impactful career in public education, she has helped hundreds of students develop skills essential to academic and personal success.
​
As an executive functioning coach, Vicki works with middle school to college-aged students, helping them identify their strengths and work towards self-motivation. Together, she and her students explore a variety of personalized approaches to learning. With her background as a certified teacher and Restorative Justice coach, Vicki believes that each student can reach their full potential when given the right support. Her approach is both creative and analytical, combining structured strategies with empathy and encouragement.

In her role as an educational consultant, Vicki collaborates closely with therapists, counselors, teachers, and parents to develop individualized support plans for students. She also provides parents with training to effectively coach their children.
​
During her teaching career, Vicki taught a range of subjects, including Math, Algebra, Computer Applications, Theater, and Yearbook. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and Middle School Math from the University of Delaware and an M.Ed. in Technology for Education from Johns Hopkins University.

Outside of her professional work, Vicki enjoys yoga, long walks with friends, and time by the beach. She cherishes quality time with her husband, twin college-aged daughters, teenage daughter, and extended family and friends.
