Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy outlines the terms related to fees, payments, cancellations, refunds, and financial responsibility for services provided by Igniting Your Mind.
By booking or engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Terms
Payment is required for all services provided by Igniting Your Mind unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Fees, payment amounts, and payment schedules are communicated prior to booking and must be completed according to the terms presented at the time of scheduling.
Igniting Your Mind reserves the right to modify pricing, services, and payment structures at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings only.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted forms of payment may include:
Credit or debit cards
Electronic payment platforms
Other payment methods as specified at the time of booking
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Igniting Your Mind does not store full payment card information.
3. One-Time Services and Sessions
Payment for one-time services, including but not limited to strategy sessions, consultations, and meeting support, is due in full prior to the scheduled session.
One-time services are non-refundable once the session has occurred.
4. Ongoing Coaching and Packages
For ongoing coaching services or packages, payment terms are outlined at the time of enrollment.
Unless otherwise specified:
Fees are charged in advance according to the agreed schedule
Missed or unused sessions are not refundable
Sessions must be used within the timeframe outlined at booking
Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals unless explicitly stated.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within the notice period communicated at booking.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:
Forfeiture of the session
No refund or credit issued
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions, with the session still counted as completed.
6. No-Show Policy
Sessions missed without notice are considered no-shows.
No-show sessions are not refundable and will not be rescheduled or credited.
7. Refund Policy
All services provided by Igniting Your Mind are educational and service-based.
As such:
Payments are generally non-refundable
Refunds are not provided for completed services
Refunds are not guaranteed for partially used packages or missed sessions
Refunds, if granted at the sole discretion of Igniting Your Mind, are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
8. School Meetings, Advocacy, and Professional Services
For services related to IEP or 504 meetings, advocacy, educational consulting, professional development, or training:
Fees are due as outlined in the service agreement
Time reserved, preparation completed, and meetings attended are billable
Cancellations with insufficient notice may still be charged
Travel, preparation, or extended time beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will be communicated when possible.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree to contact Igniting Your Mind directly to address any billing questions or concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and responsibility for any associated fees.
10. Financial Responsibility for Minors
Parents or legal guardians booking services for minors assume full financial responsibility for all fees associated with those services.
11. Force Majeure
Igniting Your Mind is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, technology failures, or emergencies.
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule services when possible.
12. Policy Changes
Igniting Your Mind reserves the right to update or modify this Payment & Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
