Digital Product Return Policy

At Igniting Your Mind, my goal isn't simply to sell digital resources, but rather to help parents, teachers, and professionals feel more confident, capable, and supported. I want every resource to leave you with greater clarity and practical strategies you can use right away.

Because all digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, the following policy applies:

Digital Products Under $20

All digital products priced under $20 are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If anything in your resource is unclear or you have questions about how to apply what you've learned, I encourage you to reach out directly. I'm always happy to provide clarification or point you in the right direction. I want you to feel confident using the strategies you've purchased.

Digital Products $20 and Over

For digital products priced at $20 or more, all sales are final. However, I recognize that some topics benefit from additional explanation.

If, after reading the resource, you still have questions or need help understanding how to apply the information to your specific situation, I will provide one complimentary 30-minute support call to answer your questions and help you get the most from your purchase.

This complimentary support is noted within the front section of eligible products and is intended to ensure you leave feeling confident implementing the strategies provided.

Free Resources

All free digital resources are provided as-is and are considered final. While they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, I welcome questions if you need clarification.
