4. Client Responsibility

You agree to participate honestly and respectfully and to communicate concerns in a timely manner.
5. Scheduling, Payment, and Fees
Fees for services are communicated prior to scheduling and must be paid according to the terms outlined at the time of booking.
Igniting Your Mind reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and availability at any time.
Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including required notice and applicable fees, are communicated at the time of booking and must be adhered to.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Results from coaching, consulting, advocacy, or educational services are not guaranteed.
Progress and outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, engagement, environments, and external factors.
8. Confidentiality and Limits
Igniting Your Mind respects client confidentiality and handles information with care.
However, confidentiality is not guaranteed in the same manner as medical or therapeutic services.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, including but not limited to concerns related to safety, abuse, or court orders.

By providing contact information, you consent to receive communication related to services, scheduling, and administrative matters via email, phone, or electronic platforms.
